Head trainer of GRevolution Training and Fitness Garnet Rybotycki is an international sports certified fitness trainer and nutritionist who's training techniques direct to the public , whether it's weight loss, gaining muscle, improving flexibility or sports specific training.
Garnet Rybotycki has a sports background growing up competing in track and field, AAA baseball and football. In 2012 he competed in his first bodybuilding competition at the SABBA novice show winning the middleweight class and Head sponsor Mutant award!
Our Focus
At GRevolution Training and Fitness the focus is to become healthy and to gain muscle while losing body fat. Gaining muscle and losing body fat is very important as a high body fat percentage can lead to numerous health risks such as diabetes, heart, and joint problems. Also a high body fat percentage can affect the lack of mobility and function. It is important as a trainer to asses the clients’ goals and needs to overcome bad habits and create a healthier lifestyle.

I am very confident that with the designed program that is created for clients that these goals will be met. I have the experience and knowledge to achieve the goals in a realistic time-frame.
Better Results
It is a fact that working with a personal trainer you will achieve 80% better results then training individually. As a trainer proper technique and form is taught to increase strength and flexibility while preventing an injuries. Also guidance in proper nutrition and flexible dieting for optimal results.
Flexible Programs
I offer flexible training programs that fits a clients’ needs once I feel the client is ready to able to train on their own. *I will only give programs to complement my clients one on one training program! I recommend training three days a week however can work with twice a week or up to four to five times a week for the dedicated athlete.
Great Location
G-Revolution Training and Fitness is a 2080 sq ft training facility in a prime location which features two good quality Power racks one with olymmpic platform, dumbbells, olympic bumper plates, free motion cable cross over machine, three squat racks total, GHD machine, two sleds, rowing machine and Assault Air Runner Tredmill for elite training. The facility also has other accessible equipment such as steps, two landmines, different size lifting bars, medicine balls, resistance bands, weight powerbags and exercise balls.
