Head trainer of G-Revolution Training and Fitness, Garnet Rybotycki, has been a trainer since 2010 and is a renowned international sports certified fitness trainer, certified strength & conditioning specialist(CSCS) certified speed and agility coach through the (National Sports Performance Association) certified hypertrophy coach(optimizing muscle growth) certified physical preparation specialist (CPPS) certified weightlifting coach through the (National Sports Performance Association) and ISSA certified nutritionist. His training techniques direct to the public, whether they’re seeking weight loss, muscle gain, improved flexibility, or sports-specific training. Over the last 13 years Garnet has worked with a wide variety of clientele from general public individuals looking to improve their health and fitness, to individuals wanting to gain muscle and improve their physique to also a wide margin of athletes specifically in hockey and baseball.
Having grown up competing in track and field, AAA baseball, and football, Garnet has a strong and deep sports background. In 2012, he competed in his first bodybuilding competition at the SABBA novice show, winning the middleweight class and Head sponsor Mutant award!
Garnet worked with the “big gym” companies for 5 years, where there were too many rules and regulations that he felt were too strict. The experience inspired him to become his own boss by opening up a more personal gym. He wanted to create an environment where every client felt more comfortable, had 1 on 1 attention for their specific individual fitness needs, and didn’t get lost in the shuffle of a large gym.
He chose to open up his business in a convenient central location so that people in East, West, and Central Saskatoon could easily access the gym. In fact, G-Revolution is located near downtown Saskatoon so that you can come before work, after work, or during your lunch hour with ease.
Garnet knows that many of clients are taking their first steps on the path to fitness. Very patient and understanding, he can take it slow and will not push you beyond what you are comfortable with. Of course, he is happy to challenge you as well if you want to be pushed. Garnet is extremely energetic and engaged with his clients, but he ensures that he sticks to whatever pace you desire.
Garnet places huge emphasis on proper form and technique. He ensures that his clients do things the right way in order to prevent injury and enjoy the maximum possible benefits of their personal training sessions. Outside weight training Garnet loves traveling, sports(Hockey, Baseball, Football) and spending time with his family. His wife and their two young kids.(son and daughter)
